COLOUR: light straw yellow with greenish reflections.

SCENT: pleasant hint of white fruit, clean and delicate.

TASTE: with a pleasant body, light and soft, with good flavour.

SERVING: 8-10°C

COMBINATIONS: ideal for appetizers and delicate dishes based on fish and cheese.
